Urban Escape Series
I have always lived in the city and find inspiration, peace and harmony in the Chaos of the urban landscape. Through the lens, I am able to look beyond the literal to find the unseen. Colour, shape and form reveal themselves and metamorphose with every passing hour as the ever-changing angle of light comes into contact. The relationship between structures and Nature is one of unbalance when we examine the impact of urbanism on the environment. Finding balance and harmony in the Urban Landscape is the primary objective in this body of work. The beauty of form and colour of nature becomes a catalyst in the mind of designers conceptualising the structures of tomorrow.
